The two demo projects have the path C:\My Documents\DELPHI\DCU Output hard coded into the "Unit output directory" setting. Can I suggest that you omit this setting or use a relative path into the installed directories?

It is safe to delete those pathnames. Apparently, they acidentally copied from my system's project settings.
